Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you buy from BeautyKart. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

How to request a return

Email support@beautykart.ca within the 3-day window. Our team will reply with shipping instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
